ABOUT
Photography by Nicole
Beginning the work of therapy is rarely easy and often uncomfortable. As a licensed therapist my job is to empower you to reach your greatest potential, meet your goals, and work through your barriers.
how i can help
I offer specialized services and evidence-based treatment in the areas of anxiety, depression, relationship and marital concerns, trauma and stress-related issues, and addiction recovery. If you would like to learn more about the areas that I specialize in click here. In addition to offering individual, couple, and family therapy, I also offer group therapy. Sessions can be made for both in person at my offices in Robbinsville or Cherry Hill NJ, or virtually for anyone in both Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
I will serve as a guide for you to discover a deeper understanding of yourself, your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Building a relationship with your therapist that fosters trust, encourages accountability, provides an atmosphere of safety, and allows for laughter and levity is key to healing. Together we will get to the root of the issue to create true and lasting healing.
In my practice I fluidly integrate different types of therapy to offer my clients the greatest chance of success. Some of the approaches I utilize are: Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness practices, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Person-Centered/Strengths-Based approaches all through a trauma informed lens. The type of therapeutic approach used is typically determined by examining the client’s presenting symptoms, what will yield the fastest results for them, and what has been established as the empirically validated treatment forum for that issue or disorder. If you are interested in what might work best for you and your concerns, reach out today to chat. Click on each of the approaches above to learn more about them!
